PoGoScout (the “Site”) aims to handle information needed to operate the Site responsibly and to explain its purposes and third-party services.
1. Operator and scope
The site operator is identified as PoGoScout. This policy applies to visits to the Site and communications with us. Please use the Contact page for privacy questions or requests regarding your information.
2. Information processed
When you visit the Site, hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or User-Agent details, referrers, and connection errors. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to provide. No account registration is currently required to view our public analysis tools.
3. Purposes
Information may be used to deliver and protect the Site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, improve features and performance, understand aggregated usage, and respond to inquiries or correction requests. We do not sell the information we receive for unrelated purposes.
4. Cloudflare hosting and security
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection-related data for delivery, reliability, and security. Depending on enabled security features, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies, for example to remember challenge clearance or support bot protection. Not all visitors receive the same cookies. Please refer to Cloudflare’s privacy and cookie documentation.
5. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, referral sources, and performance. According to Cloudflare, this product does not track visitors with cookies or localStorage and does not use cross-site fingerprinting to identify individuals.
6. Google Search Console
The operator reviews aggregated search performance data from Google Search Console, such as search queries, impressions, and clicks. Registering Search Console does not itself place advertising cookies on this Site.
7. Cookies and browser choices
Cookies may support essential delivery or security functions; separate analytics or advertising cookies are explained if those services are enabled. You can remove or restrict cookies through your browser settings, although this may interfere with security features. Where required, we provide consent controls in accordance with applicable laws and provider rules.
8. Google AdSense advertising (current status)
The Site does not currently serve Google AdSense advertisements. Before enabling them, we will update this policy to match the live configuration and implement the required cookie notices, provider information, and consent management.
9. Amazon Associates (current status)
The Site does not currently include Amazon Associates affiliate links. If we add them, we will disclose promotional links, our program participation, and relevant tracking and cookie practices.
10. Service providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare for hosting, Google Search Console to understand search visibility, and an email provider to handle inquiries. Service providers may process information outside Japan. If advertising, analytics, or affiliate services are added, we will update the relevant provider and data transfer disclosures. Third-party websites have their own privacy policies.
11. Retention, security, and sharing
We keep inquiry messages as needed to respond, investigate issues, or handle rights-related requests, then delete information when it is no longer needed. Technical connection data is handled under the service providers’ operational and retention practices. We use reasonable access controls and do not disclose personal information to third parties for unrelated purposes, except where required by law or necessary to provide services.

For questions about access, correction, restriction, or deletion of information, contact us through the Contact page. Responses depend on the request, identity verification, applicable law, and what we control. For data controlled by Cloudflare, Google, Amazon, or other providers, please consult their privacy controls and contact channels.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as our services, applicable requirements, or vendors change. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with the last updated date.
